Delivery Policy 

All prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax). A standard postage & handling rate of AUD 8.00 is applicable for small orders, added to the list price during the checkout process. We offer FREE POSTAGE for bulk orders of 10 or more items. You will receive an order confirmation which states that you should receive your order within 10 working days. Orders are generally shipped within 3 days of receiving your order. We use Australia Post for our delivery service and they can take between 3-5 working days to deliver. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund. 1st Date will ship goods Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us on +61 7 33930256 to enquire about a special order. If you would like to cancel your order prior to it being dispatched please email us via: info@1stdate.com.au 

Return Policy 

We will happily exchange or refund at any time, provided the goods are in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. We are unable to refund freight/shipping charges (except in circumstances where the goods are faulty due to transport method). Claims for refund or exchange will only be accepted within 2 months of purchase. To return something you must first contact us, we will then provide you with instruction on how best to return your order so we can process your refund.
